Suzanne Drace was born and raised in San Diego, California, attended college in Northern California where she achieved her BA in Education and the Social Sciences. Education was always a priority in her life so she naturally gravitated toward it. She decided to pursue her Secondary Teaching Credential in addition to her ESL Certificate. She then taught History for 6 years in the high school environment. She also enjoyed coaching Girls Volleyball and Soccer. While in college, she met her husband. Being affiliated with a real estate family, for many years, she decided to pursue a career in real estate where she has been successful ever since. She now specializes in luxury homes, country, and estate properties in Sonoma and Mendocino counties. Many of her country property listings are located in the Anderson and Dry Creek Valleys. Recently, Suzanne, Coralee Barkela, and Doug Swanson acquired the office of Pacific Union in a groundbreaking purchase with GMAC. Coralee Barkela was ready to pursue a new avenue in Real Estate and offered to Suzanne and Doug a move forward with her in the purchase of Pacific Union.
