"My name is Dan Payette, I am the Broker Owner of Warehouse Capital since 1978. Warehouse Capital is a real estate loan brokerage firm which specializes in residential, land and commercial real estate loans. I first had the pleasure to meet Sharon Vallejo in 1985 as she was the agent assigned to a listing in which my company had foreclosed upon. The property was unique in that it was 30 acres with a 4000 square foot home and a large 4 car garage and shop. The improvements were only 85% complete at the time we took title. She not only had that property sold within 60 days to the absolute right buyer but in order for her to even get that far she needed to solve the problem of the caretaker who was combative and intimidating to everyone he approached. Sharon was the only one able to approach this person and was successful in working out a place for him to move without any drama or negative effects on the sale of the property. That transaction proved to me that Sharon Vallejo has the knowledge the patience and the emotional stamina that allows her professional approach to succeed in any transaction that she would be challenged with. I have since worked with Sharon on many transactions over the years and in fact for the last 20 plus years the only realtor I will EVER refer is Sharon Vallejo to my clients that need assistance. I do this because I know that I will never have to worry about my clients best interest being tended to for there is a high degree of honesty, integrity and industry knowledge coupled with a high standard of professionalism that allows me to go on with my business knowing my friends, family and clients have the best service they can find in this industry. I must also state that my decisions are based solely on Sharon’s quality of representation to the people that I refer to her for it is a practice of mine that I do not accept referral fees.
